Shipping Policy

How do we ship our products?

Vegas Sarees uses the following shipping carrier to ship your order.  Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / SpeedPost etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

** Once your order has been verified and is shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days with Everyday Standard Shipping. We offer Standard Shipping for all orders in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


Are there any hidden expenses?

We do not levy any additional charges on shipping out your favorite Fashion wear.
P.S: The Government in your country of residence can impose taxes or import duties applicable on entry as per local laws.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Vegas Sarees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.


Time to Ship

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

In the event you need accurate time to ship estimate, please email us with the product code to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.


And in case there is a delay in Shipping?

The “Time to Ship” as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is ‘Out of Stock’ or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing “Time to Ship”). In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.

At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Vegas Sarees Cash or a Free Gift voucher would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.

*We will refund the charges paid for Assured Delivery Services in case the shipment is not delivered within the committed period of delivery.


VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
